Preventive routine & general/normal/emergency break down maintenance of the transformer outdoor /indoor equipments control & relay panels, RTCC panel, ACDBs, Battery chargers, DCDBs, Battery sets etc. DC set split / window ACs indoor & outdoor arrangement etc. at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Laharpur as per details in Annexure-B. Round the clock and /or as and when required, by a team commissioning of the following technical person as per standard practices of UPPTCL and instructions of AE/JE for the period of 01 year with all cost of men, misc. consumables, T&P etc. required for the job except the spares/items materials/equipments, which shall be provided by department (01 job for each month)

Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up-keep of control room, associated office, Carrier Room, battery room, Control Room building etc. by brooming & mopping alongwiht cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of CC roads/floors trench covers and scraping of unwanted growth in between joints of CC roads at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Laharpur (Distt. Sitapur) and premises as per annexure. By deploying required Man power and 01 No. sweeper during the period of 01 year with all cost of man toiletries, misc. consumable T&P etc. required for the job (01 job for each month)
Cleaning and grass cutting of switchyard and cable trenches and trench covers by scraping of grass, bush wood, shrubs & plants etc. Weeding out of wild growth roots, seeds etc. including of small wild trees if any at sub-station premises and disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of sub-station boundary 3 times in year with all cost of man, consumables, T&P etc. required for completion of job. Total 2500X3 =7500 Sqm
Regular maintenance of flower pots lawn trees. Shrubs hedges ground cover flower beds in lawn be deputing required No. of Well experienced gardeners including weeding out of all undersired growth watering trimming forking making loose soil around plant lawn etc. including replacement of aired plants grass with fresh plant of same variety including cost of cow dung manure and its spreading with all men and material to complete the job as per direction on the Engineer Incharge. As per annexure.
Removal of trench covers removal of earth dust grass shrubs grass roots etc. brooming in trenches throwing away waste material from switch yard and replacement of trench covers. Three time in a year. As per annexure
