Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete, excluding conduit, including wiring accessories such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, fan regulators, sockets, junction boxes, etc. (excluding light fittings), removing dismantled materials to the Engineer-in-Charge's store for safe custody or for taking credit, as applicable (credit for serviceable materials shall be effected separately in accordance with the contract conditions), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but including taking down conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, and including cutting of chases and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable Wires only from the existing Sub-main Wiring of any type and any description, without disturbing Existing Conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, unserviceable fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, regulators, call bells, plug tops, etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: This item is to be measured only when only existing fitting/fixture is required to be replaced. Not to be combined with taking down of point wiring under Item No 01 here-in-before).

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board / outlet boxes / walls, unsv internal light fittings & bulk head fittings, etc any type for reuse or removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable bldg security lights, gate lights, bollards & flood lights, of any type, after disconnecting electrical connectiosn and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviceable Distrubution Boards, any type or size including MCCB/RCCB/MCBs and disconnecting the serviceable MCCBs/MCBs and keeping in safe custody for reuse or removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered only for the DBs)

Taking down unsv MCBs, any type for reuse or removal from site complete all as specified & directed. (NOTE: This item is to be measured only when only existing MCBs are required to be replaced. Not to be combined with taking down of DB under Item No 06 here-in-before).

M&L for concealed type point wiring with FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in existing PVC conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.20 mm thick conforming to IS 5133 (Part-I), suitable for mounting conventional or modular type switches, regulators, bell push, sockets, etc., and including 2.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet top cover for conventional accessories or modular frame and cover plate for modular accessories, as applicable, and including FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following: Note: Wiring shall be carried out in existing PVC conduit. The quoted rate shall be exclusive of the cost of PVC conduit. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of the phenolic laminated sheet top cover for conventional accessories or the modular frame and cover plate for modular accessories, as applicable, and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.
