M&L for scraping and removing old paint of desert cooler body (steel surfaces) and preparation of steel surfaces including necessary denting, cutting, welding etc for spray painting with approved smoke gray synthetic enameled paint (Ist quality) over a coat of Zinc chromate primer on outer surface and inner surface i.e. Water tank and body fan mounting blades shall be painted with a coat of anti-corrosive black paint over a coat of Zinc chromate primer complete for desert cooler of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire and arrangement of watering pipe including PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling, taking down old U/S earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are included in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, earth lead exceeding 7.5 mt are measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity GI wire of 4 mm dia or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm GI strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 154 above but Copper Strip 20x3 mm

Supply, installation,testing commissioning in replacement of horizontal single mounted single phase 220 V/250 V 6000 RPM 50 Hz, AC siren audible range 2 Km 1/4 HP complete including necessary grounting on wall/roof etc including connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Street Light Luminaries 70/ 75 watt fitting aesthetically designed for road lighting, having secondary optics with uniform distribution of light, pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in grey and toughened glass, IP 66 protection, class I with operating voltage range 120 to 270 V including LED driver, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for detecting of fault in LT UG cable any size with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT/LT cable of length not less than 50 RM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 500/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevant item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Cylindrical shaped (FLUTE) LED bollard with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection and 9 watt capacity, warm white, 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, including make proper connection complete including PCC, cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for surface cleaning of LT electric panel (cubicle type, size /capacity as per existing) installed at different location in the Station including scrubbing /rubbing (old paint) all body surface to get all foreign particals removed off and applying two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (deco paint and existing colour ) over a coat of metal primer(red oxide primer ) and disconnecting of all electrical connection like bas bar, CTs, MCCBs and all wirings,equipments and refix ( reconnection) with new Gun metal nut, bolt and washer complete with new copper lead wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
