Item Descriptions SELECT YES/NO Item Model REMARKS
General Requirements • The software must provide tools for terrain modelling, volumetric analysis, and surface visualization for mining operations. • Capable of handling large datasets, including open-pit and underground mines. • Must offer 2D and 3D visualization tools for topographic and volumetric analysis. • Should support integration with GIS, CAD, and point cloud platforms. • User-friendly interface with support for both automated and manual workflows. • Provide tools for automated, semi-automated, and manual modelling workflows to achieve high accuracy and detail. • It must be compatible with commonly used operating systems, including Windows 10/11 (64-bit). • Should have Perpetual license. • Real-time 3D visualization of point clouds, surfaces, and volume models. • Color-coded elevation maps for terrain analysis. • Overlay features such as excavation boundaries, pit walls, and stockpile zones. • Create color-coded maps to visualize elevation, slope, and volumetric zones.
Data Input and Import Tools Supported Data Formats: • Raster: GeoTIFF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG. • Vector: SHP, DXF, DWG, DGN. • Point Cloud: LAS, LAZ, XYZ, E57. • Tabular: CSV, TXT, Excel (XLS/XLSX).
Data Sources: • Import data from terrestrial surveys, UAV photogrammetry, and LiDAR systems. • Support for GPS and GNSS georeferenced data. • Ground Control Points (GCPs) integration for improved accuracy. • Import GPS, Total Station, and survey data.
Coordinate Systems: • Support for local and global coordinate systems. • Ability to convert data between coordinate systems. Grid and Surface Modelling Tools Grid Generation: • Create grids from scattered data points using interpolation methods (e.g., Kriging, Inverse Distance Weighting, Natural Neighbour). • Support for customizable grid resolutions and extents.
Surface Creation: • Create surfaces from point clouds, breaklines, survey points, and boundary constraints. • Generate Digital Elevation Models (DEMs), Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), and contour maps. • Create Triangulated Irregular Networks (TIN) for detailed surface representation.
