Supply installation testing and commissioning of AHU 4000 cfm Eurovent certified air handling units (Ceiling mounted) comprising of follwoing specifications: Double skinned panels of 50mm thickness with internal insulation material PUF with 38±2 kg/m³ density sandwiched between two sheets and fixed to extruded aluminium structural framework with thermal break profile. Inner Sheet shall be 0.60 mm thick of Plain GSS. Outer Sheet shall be 0.60mm thick of Precoated GSS. The entire framework shall be mounted on GSS Channel base. Access doors shall be double skin type. Condensate drain pan shall be of 1.2mm SS with 13mm thick nitrile rubber insulation. Fan section complete with forward/Backward curved DIDW type centrifugal fans of 100% capacity each, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 415+10%V, 50Hz,3 phase AC power supply and belt drive package. Filter section complete with pre filter of efficiency 90% down to 10 microns and fine filter of 99% efficiency down to 3 microns. Air handling units shall be provided with separate heating and cooling coils, adequate vibration isolation pads, fire retardent flexible canvass connections made out of canvass sleeve and drain piping upto drain trap. The AHU shall be compatible to operate for refgigerant based system. Air Handling shall be of following parameters. Rows of Heating Coil: 6 Rows of Cooling Coil: 6 Static pressure drop: 80 mm Wg

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of Al Sheet metal ducting with neoprene gaskets, supports, hangers, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete in all respects including nitrile insulation for supply and return ducts from each OT as per technical specification of Annexure C.

Supplying and fixing of Extruded aluminium supply and return air grilles / diffusers/louvres with dampers

SITC of VRV/VRF outdoor Units (Hot & Cold) of 12 HP Capacity complete with all accessories like Compressors, condenser coil, PCB, fan etc & fixtures for resting of the outdoor units for 3 No. OT's as per techinical specifications. The job also includes all the refrigerant pipings and fittings per the requirement of the manufacturer from Outdoor units upto the AHU / indoor units, electric & control cabling/switch gears for both indoor and outdoor units.

SITC of 2.0 TR Indoor VRV/VRF units (hot & cold) as per techinical specifications having following capacities with cordless remote controls including cabling, piping as per techinical specifications.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Double Dome Surgical OT Light (IMPORTED) with inbuilt HD camera with live streaming within hospital premises duly certified Europeon CE / US FDA Marked for 3 No OT's as per technical specification of Annexure C.

Dismantlling of existing brick walls and aluminium partitions including dumping of the waste material to nearby safe place.

Relocation of mortury machines from attic floor to adjacent room. The job includes dismantling of the mortury machines, relocation to the same to adjecnt room and reassembling the machine back and commissioning of the same.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in walls and partion walls including curing in 1:6 cement mortar with all leads of carriages upto site of work.

Providing and fixing 2' x 2' Ist quality ceramic floor tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, orient, somany, kajaria or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kgs per sqm. including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fitting of Powder coated Aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns) in position Aluminum work for partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, etc.with extuded built up sections/appropriate Z-section/tubular section and other sections of app:make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rowel plugs and screws including necessary screws, filling up of gaps and junctions at top bottom and sides with required neoperene felts etc, glazing and panels to be paid separately for fixed portion powder coated aluminum, 12m particle board and 6mm glass as required in panels complete job at site of work

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminum primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminum (with 15 micron anodic coating) Tsections 35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer
