Taking down carefully existig copper / aluminium point wiring for light / fan / bell / socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holders and bracket fittings with battens / conduits / wires and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc.and to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm, single core, in and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit, medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends,reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes bakelite sheets, wooden rectangular boards / round blocks(for housing lamp holders and sketch fittings etc) and new MS pressed steel / cast iron sunken boxes of suitable size for mounting switches / bell pushes / sockets, fan regulator etc covered with new 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm unsheated stranded copper conductor with green PVC insulation connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- (a) One light point/fan point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One bell point controlled by one single pole bell push

(c) One socket outlet on the same board controlled by one single pole 5 Amp switch

(d) One 5 amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 5 Amp switch.

All as per item No - 2 above but suitable wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable of multistranded copper conductor with continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed,multistranded copper conductor for 15 Amps socket outlet controlled by one 15 Ampscable all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but existing conduit and existing Ms pressed steel/ cast iron box complete all as speicifed and directed.(a) One light point/fan point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to spoxsed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009)
