The Contractor should have executed in any one financial year the minimum quantities of work (usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction) in the last five preceding financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25). Quantities should be in the prescribed form as in K/W-4. (1) Embankment-12873.40 cum, (2) WBM-2,092.50 cum, (3) Cement Concrete -41.20 cum, (4) Steel-980.00Kgs.

The Contractor should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor for at-least one similar work such as Construction / Improvements of roads not less than Rs.80.20 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract) of the last Five Preceding Financial Years (2020-21 to 2024-25) - Work done certificate should be obtained from not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Work done certificate should be in the prescribed form as in K/W-4

Annual turnover certificate in all classes of civil engineering works only for last five preceding financial years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 obtained from the Chartered Accountant. The tenderer shall scan the original documents and upload the same. The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years an annual financial turnover not less than Rs.320.50 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payment under this contract) - The tenderer shall scan the original documents for this bid and upload the same.

The contractor shall furnish the liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities not less than Rs.48.10 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirements etc. (Line of credit in the prescribed form)

The Contractor who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under (Assessed available tender capacity - A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A - Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. (120/365 Days) B - Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 120 Days
