Annual Operation & Periodical Maintenance of electrical & mechnical installations of terminal building, Administratative building, Fire Station , ATC Tower DVOR, Switch Room at Terminal building, Street lights, Parking light at Airport, Apron lights and 160 KVA DG set-02 no and 25 kva DG set-1 no. , t along with battery chargers, LT panels, AMF panels etc. i/c attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by providing the skilled , semi-skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed. Total manpower to be provided: (a) 04 Nos. Wireman - Skilled (b) 04 Nos. DG Operator - Semi-Skilled (c) 04 Nos. Helper- Unskilled

Annual maintenance contract for addressable fire alarm system (make- Honeywell) with auto dialer system, smoke detector (66 no’s), manual call point (08 no’s) response indicator (08 no’s) hooter (08 nos), Heat Detector (01 no.) including monthly servicing & breakdown maintenance as and when required as per the special terms and condition specification & manufacturer recommendation at Jalgaon Airport.

Lighting Decoration of Terminal Building & offices at Jalgaon Airport, on occasions of Independence Day, Republic day , Diwali, etc. as per detail specifications enclosed.

Filtration of transformer insulating oil of 630 KVA Transformer (Oil tank capacity - 417 Litres) & 400 KVA Transformer (Oil tank capacity - 518 Litres) including de-hydration, testing of transformer oil (as per IS 1866-2017), testing & commissioning of transformers i/c testing of buchholz relay, WTI & OTI as per relevant IS code & submission of test reports etc. complete as required. (Total Oil Quantity - 935 litres).

Supply of Insulating oil confirming to relevant IS Code (IS 335) and topping up in the existing transformers as required.

Complete rewinding of the motor of following capacity monoblock submersible pump including lowering & lifting from open well, transportation, loading, unloading charges etc. complete as required. 7.5 HP

Complete rewinding of the motor of following capacity monoblock pump including transportation, loading, unloading charges etc. complete as required. 5.0 HP

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of smoke detector with builtin LED and mounting base complete with all connections etc. as required.

Supply of 12 V, 7 AH, Sealed maintenance Free Battery for intelligent analogue adressable fire alarm annunciation system.(as per AAI list of preferred make)

Calibration and testing of all numerical relays and all auxiliary relays provided in 4 VCB, 11 kV HT panel by secondary injection test as required through the firm having valid calibration certificates and submission of test reports as required.

Servicing, testing & commissioning of 630 Amps, 11 kV VCB (Make: Megawin & Kirloskar) installed at power house and submission of service reports etc. complete as required.

Servicing, testing & commissioning of 1000 Amps, L&T make OMEGA U-Power ACB from OEM authorized service dealer including testing of microprocessor based relay unit and submission of service report etc. complete as required.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of Clinometer (PAPI angle checking instrument) with replacement of bubbles if required including transportation charges from Jalgaon Airport site to OEM site along with submission of test report of calibration from OEM complete as required.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of 150 Kg capacity electronic weighing machine along with submission of test report of calibration from legal metrology department complete as required.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of 5 Kg CI weight along with submission of test report of calibration from legal metrology department complete as required.

Percentage above or below on the rates of Electrical DSR-2022 (CPWD) items worth totaling to Rs. 1,00,000.00 for Execution of misc. items on requirement basis. The Rates quoted shall be without GST. (Note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above / below percentage on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below. For Example: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desired to quote 3% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97)
