Labour charges for operation of Pumping Machineries (BHT & Submersible type) and sub-station equipments by Automatic panel including operation of valves, disinfection arrangement, internal / external illuminations and 62.5 KVA diesel Generator set through Auto-manual Panel (The cost of DG set operation is exclusive of fuel & lubricant), 11/0.433 KV Sub-Station equipments comprising of 2 nos 400 KVA indoor type transformer along with 3 panel VCB, PT, transformer feeder, 415V Power distribution board with ACBs of 800A, bus coupler with 400A MCCB (1+1), other feder like- 30kW for bunglow, 63A feders along with 110V, 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger and distribution board of lighting arrangements (indoor & outdoor type) including operation of all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for 24 hours a day as per requirement and round the clock guarding of the whole installation with all accessories. (6 Nos Operator engaged at STP & Lifting Station-II of Sewage Treatment Plant) [THE RATES INCLUDING OF ESI & PF (AS PER EXISTING RULES) ]

Operation of 62.5 KVA capacity D.G. sets by supply of H.S. Diesel and lubricant for auxiliary power as and when required during power failure as per direction of EIC. (If power failure does not occur within a week it will have to run for one hour per week to keep the DG set in running condition.)

Supply, delivery & filling of Mobile Oil (Lube Oil change period after- 500Hrs Run) including all carriage & storage for the 62.5 KVA D.G. Set. ( Oil vouchers with log book should be submitted at the time of bill)

Periodical inspection once in a month by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board),govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor. Each Visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building . The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in-depth instruction of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. 630A HT VCB , L.T. PDB panel having 800A ACBs MCCBs of 220kW motors- 400A, 30kW feder for Bungalow, 63A MCCB, battery, battery chargers, relays, contactors, timers, SFU along with in house lighting system including cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in HT & LT panels Board cleaning of all terminal socket and checking of healthy condition of all drawout feeders.

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / machanic as and when required by providing all necessary incidental charges including supplying CRC-226 control fuses, safety gloves etc including petty repairing with supply of all necessary minor spares (having cost of any individual item within 1500.00) by contractor as required to execute maintenance as all well as guarding work as per direction of EIC. (At STP & Lifting Station-II of Sewage Treatment Plant)

Calibration & Testing of all relays viz. earth fall, over load, buchholz, and chacking of muster trip, trips circuit Supervisor, CT, PT, spring charging system, closing/trips coil, annunciator, VCB, ACB, and breaker of L.T. Panel, Di-electric test of transformer oil, all HT, LT & control cables etc. including calibration of Ammeter, Voltmeter, kW meter etc. by agency approved by Directorate of Electriciity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating Unit once in six month and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.

Beautification of the entire vacant place inside the compound of Lifting Station-II of Sewage Treatment Plant & STP with supplying of all manure, saplings, fertilizer and other materials and manpower required for plantation atleast 3 times (Summer, autumn, winter) by necessary seasonal flower plants, other decorative plants & other fruit plants, as and when required, supplying necessary fertilizer, bio chemical, manures, pesticides, Insecticides etc. including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning, weeding young plants and sweeping the whole area including all buildings, LS-II ,D.G, chlorination system, panel etc. at Tarapith water treatment plant and Lifting Station-II as per direction of EIC.
