Requiredi. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Banker s Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.

Requiredii. Receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any EE, CPWD in prescribed Proforma along with scanned copy of original EMD. (Annexure I)

Requirediii. Valid NBAL certificate.

Requirediv. GST registration Certificate as applicable, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other bid documents as per NIT.

Requiredv. Similar work experience certificate as per criteria set in this NIT along with list of work as per proforma Annexure II given in the NIT

Requiredvi. Performance report of similar works as per Annexure III.

Requiredvii. Certificate for ERP Training, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained ERP Training Certificate, then he shall scanned upload following undertaking along with the bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain and submit an ERP Training Certificate, in case the agreement is executed through the ERP system of CPWD as per NIT
