Dismantling of core & winding from the transformer tank & cleaning of all parts of the transformer properly.

Cost of copper conductor, HV and LV winding shall be wound from super enamel covered /Double paper covered electrolyte copper conductor.

Insulation of conductor for primary coils (new copper strips 774kg) & secondary coils (existing old copper strips 516 Kg) by double coated manila paper.

De-hydration & filtration of transformer oil to improve Di-electric strength upto 60kv BDV

Cost of brazing with supply of rupaton rod, oxygen, D.A. for brazing of all the primary & secondary coils.

Cost of insulating materials, varnishing, pre-compress paper board, oil duct, cotton tape, webbing tape etc.

Reformation of coil primary and secondary

Fitting core channel, primary & secondary coils & winding into the transformer tank.

Providing neoprene gasket for all the joints of each parts such as top cover, inspection cover, insulators cooling fins etc.

Painting the outer body of the transformer by one coat of primer and two coats of metallic paints including supply of missing bolts, nuts.

Assembling and Installation of 3.15MVA , 33KV/3.3KV power transformer at site which included placement of transformer pre commissioning , testing and energizing. Details of pre commissioning test including TC 1) Insulation Resistance test. 2) High Voltage pressure test. 3) Vector Group test. 4) Magnetic Balance test. 5) Voltage Ratio on all tap position. 6) Di-electric test of transformer oil. 7) Transformer oil acidity test.

Transporting cost

Lifting and placing charges in foundation constructed at yard by 20 Tonne crane.
