Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two coats (10mm thick under coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on stone masonry or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 surface is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement and finishing coat plaster shall be mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 surface is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coat of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood rail and style factory made plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50micron.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters fixed, openable or sliding type with out sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50micron.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium grills DG-104 of make Deco Grill/ Hindal 10 mm thick diamond shape with aperture 7.5cm for windows fixed with and including aluminium ‘F’ frame complete all as specified and directed.Note: Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50micron.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and fixed to aluminium door shutters in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 200mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long cast type aluminium anodised handles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.
