Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and applying neat cement slurry by brush with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. Metre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding ,removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in floors ,beams ,chajjas,landing slab in any position or height and similar suspended works all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoated shall deemed to include for seperation of old steel bars and stacking at site for measurements.

M&L for taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and removing of existing filling of sunken, cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish off the primises, cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement [email protected]/sqm and grouting 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion including filling of brick bats and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement . (b) M&L for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXIT pidfin 2K manufactured by M/S Pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a overlay protective screed 15mm thick CM(1:3) alongwith liquid water proofing compound approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after prepration as mentioned above method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating is followed as per manufacturs instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular face of wall( brick/stone/concrete surfaces) in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat to receive wall tiles etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in two layers 10mm and 5mm respectively and top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufactures instruction and all as specififed . Supplying and fixing of PVC hollow door frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick rigid PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with two nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube.
