Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over anunder coat of primer applied @0.75 Itr/10 sqm of approvedbrand and manufacture

Re-lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
