Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) In gratings , frames , guard bar , lasser, railing , brackets , gates and similar works. (Excluding GST)

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat on new steel and metal surface with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Enemal paint other than white. (Excluding GST)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.50 mm thick MAKE TATA . (Excluding GST)

Provdiing and fixing of 40 cm overall width plain G.S sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts , G.I limpet and bitumen washer complete , bent to shape and fixed in wall with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand ). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.50mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2. (Excluding GST)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm(sixty centimetre)overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm(eight milimetre) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m2. (Excluding GST)

Providing valleys of width 90 cm(ninty centimetre)overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2. (Excluding GST)

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing welded mesh 25x25x3mm to wood or steel members in partitions etc including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding GST)
