REPAIR/ MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF WINTER AND SUMMER APPLIANCES AND CONNECTED E/M WORKS FOR MD ACCN ZONE D- E AND F AREA UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 litres, vertical or horizontal type comprising of the following: (a) Opening or dismantling the storage tank, taking down, de-scaling, brushing and thorough cleaning. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, PVC/Steel hose Connection, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure proper functioning of parts including supply and replacing of washers/ gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of Geyser and power point. (d) Checking, re-fixing and re-adjusting thermostat. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and syphon assembly with diluted Hydrochloric acid or suitable cleaning solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it proper serviceability. (g) Re-assembling and re-installing the geyser at the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable Parts/ components of electric water heater shall be replaced by the contractor. (ii) Supply of new parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (iii) Labour cost for replacement of Unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

All same as per item no. 1 above but for electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 50 litres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement heating element of capacity 2000 Watt, AC 240 volts, suitable for 25/50 ltrs storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type/ screw type/ triangular/ circular base or ceramic cartrige type), with ISI marked approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement thermostat of Type EST 11/20A, 240 Volt of ISI marked approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement thermostat of Type EST 7/15A, 240 Volt of ISI marked approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement Modular type heating element of capacity 2000 watt suitable for 25/50 ltrs storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type/ screw type/ triangular/ circular base or ceramic cartrige type), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement thermostat of modular Type, 240 Volt of ISI marked approved make suitable for 25 ltr cap geyser as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement indicating LED lamp, Neon type (Green and Red in colour), 240 volt AC suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement Brass safety valve of suitable size for 25/50 litres capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair non return valve of brass alloy suitable for 15mm bore pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
