Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid).

Supply & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV , Type I, Flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Th pre-cast cable cover should be " die pressed" cast cover., complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint ,complete all as specified and as directed. (Make TATA/JINDAL/BANSAL).

M&L for heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core of 11000 volts grade laid in trenches or passing through pipe and testing , complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Havells India Ltd / Gloster Cables Ltd / KEI Industries Ltd / Asian (RPG) / Polycab / Finolex) Note : (i) Cable to be un-rolled/de-rolled in proper way by suitable means i.e. dram holder/hydra/Jack etc. mannually un-rapping not permitted. (ii) Earth work in excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover, cable protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (iii) In addition PCC route indicator of size 600 mm X 240 mm X 60 mm duly wtitten in block letters "CAUTION HV MES" incl barricating/reflex tape of 240 mm length at top of the route indicator to be fixed 300 mm below GL at every 30 mtr during returning filling and cost for the same deemed to be included in the item rate.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termaination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing steel poles/ struts, any size, including necessary excavation & Earthwork, demolition of concrete and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Dismantaling of PCC/steel pole to be done in full i.e. base to be removed and returning/filling to be carried out properly, Rate for the same deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside , complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling steel earth wire from existing overhead service feeder etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in CM (1:6) rendering using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM (1:6) rendering on fair face of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for hard core (using broken stone) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread in levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick water & rammed to true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
