M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface(Plastered or unplastered) of ceiling by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cms width or girth by applying sand paper etc applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cms width or girth by proper preparation and a coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanised sander of berger paints or equivalent makes viz xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal including one coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty and two coats of OBD on wall surface using roller brush complete all as spd and directed .

M&L for applying of wall care putty on newly/old plastered walls of 3mm thick including preparing the surface with even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster of any thickness from brick or stone walls and concrete etc including raking out joints, jacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish outside Defence land, complete all as specified.

M&L plaster of 15mm thick 1 :6 cement mortar on brick or conc surfaces finished even and smooth incl necessary cement slurry.

S&F in repair continuous (Piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flaps (when open) 30 mm, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 75mm size fancy type stainless steel handle, cast type, polished bright, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair in 40 mm dia cup board knob fixed with nut screw and washer of mild steel bright finish.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,light shade, area of each tilesnot exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry andpointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including dismantling the existing tiles or terrazo floor with screed and removal of malba out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.14 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces of wall as in skiting / dado over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of malba out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 X 600 X 8mm/ 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs vitreous china coloured Europen type WC with (Single piece) wall/ floor mounted including vitreous china coloured 10 ltrs capacity cistern connection to drain, 'P' trap or 'S' trap and fixing bolts, plastic water closet cover complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs vitreous chinaware coloured wash hand basin of size 580mm x 450mm complete including , CP Waste coupling , PVC waste pipe ,complete fixing arrangement and cutting for and pinning in walls & making good complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in charge

S & F in repairs 10 ltrs PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, fixing with gutties embeded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair PVC connection pipe of 1/2"x18" size with 2 Nos brass check nuts with washers, complete all as specified.

S & F in repair fancy type 150mm size square brass CP shower rose with long arm all as specified.

S&F in repair std of PTMT bib tap fancy type with flange 15mm dia screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified.

S&F in repair CP grating 125mm dia, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs fancy type looking mirror of size 600x450x6mm with 100 mm wide fancy type border fixed with 4 Nos stainless steel clips complete all as specified.

S&F in GI tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc and taking down the old pipe of concealed or open in any position and make good by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polythylene 1000 Ltr capacity water storage tank tripple layered WHITE (Cylindrical vertical with closed top )composite type or lid should be thread type) hoisted and fixed in position with float valve and tank connection nipple including dismantling of pvc tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F for drapory curtain rods decorative type SS 25 mm nominaldia of approved (vista), (3 mm wall thickness incl fixing of two number decorative brackets fixed in brick / concrete wall two number of latto o both ends of rods complete all as specified by engr-in- charge.

S&F in repairs mild steel mortice lock of size 100mm steel vertical type 4 levers with key in duplicate complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair floor door stopper (150mm) of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor in repair ,all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick Black Granite stone work (table rubbed and polished) fixed with neat cement paste as fixing material as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite,front and side of slab moulded and polished complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of existing. Note- The cost of making hole for Gas pipe in cooking plateform is included in unit cost of item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S & F in repair of steel rolling shutters without ball bearing, as specified incl top cover anchoring rod hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer before erected in position as directed complete manual type thickness of lath 1.25mm.

Note: For WPC solid door/windows frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of min 14 microns thick of approved design and pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stailess steel butt hinges of reqd size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk, SS screws complete as per direction of Engr in charge.

S&F Factory made signle extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650kg/ cum and screw withdrawal strngth of 1800N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50N mm2, modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless stell butt hinges of requried size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screw, all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separtely.

S & F Factory made solid PVC wire gauged/ glazed door and window shutter 30mm (styles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelaminated PVC C channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheet for top, lock and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. The wire gauge shall be stainless steel alloy wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average aperture 1.40mm, wrapped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tube and wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made signle extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of size 45x70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/ cum, screw withdrawl strength of 2200N (Face) and 1100 N (edge), minimum compressive strengthy of 58N/ mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/ mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (MS hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separtely). Note: For WPC solid door/ Window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but not extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames), complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames ), complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, and refixing in same opening complete all as specified.

S& F 35 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face pannel, commercial type on both sides. Flush shutters shall have teak wood edging complete all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood rail & style , plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail & panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail & style as per IS :1003 (Part I), Kilan seasoned & chemicals pressure treated, complete all as specified.

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair fancy type chromium plated brass angle valve type suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding , any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified .

S&F PVC 18 mm thick PVC celluca ply one side prelam fixed with solvent cement adhesive and screws as in kitchen cabinet, book shelf, crocery shelf etc complete all as direction of the Engr-in-Charge.
