Description :supply of under coat/finish coat of paint for helical coil spring of LHB coaches and similar application (single pack) as per RDSO specification No. M&C/PCN/132/2021 along with 15% suitable co mpatible thinner. Condition 1. In case of inspection at consignee's end, all tests mentioned as per RDS O spec no M&C/PCN/132/2021 should be conducted by NABL or NABL certified LAB and certificates iss ue by NABL or NABL certified lab is mandatory.
