Dismantling trellis work (Jafri) two way, including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F second class hard wood wrought, 35mm x 10mm laths (fixed straight or diagonally) in two way trellis work with 50mm spaces in the clear, including 75mm x 50 mm fillet (notched to take ends of laths) all round complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness, including nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (any pattern) 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & pavings n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/ levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base or floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in road side kerb stone of size & shape as directed including necessary use and waste of form work if required and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement conceret (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement conceret (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, manhole cover, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note : Actual weight of the fencing shall be ascertained by Board of Officers to be convened by GE.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
