REPAIR MAINT TO LEAKAGE SEEPAGE FROM WALL AND SUNKEN PORTION IN VARIOUS BLDG UNDER GE AWC MHOW

M&L for cleaning of surface with wire brushes, detecting the sources of leakage, renewal of delective fittings/ fitxtures, Nahani trap, floor trap of any size etc. repasting the kitchen sunk (mori) with water proofing additive providing all stop at Nahani trap with good finishing complete all as specified.

M&L for making hole and fixing the metcalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufactureeres instructins completes all as specified.

M&L for regrouting of tile joints and chemical cleaning carefully washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/s Pidiilite or equivalent , cleaning again with fresh jet water scratching the joints and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of M/s Bal Endurea M/s Pidilite of white/ matching colour with curing cealining and handing over complete all as specified.

M&L cutting out cracks to 6mm wide 'V' section in existin groofs of terrace (if cracks is >2.5mm wide), cleaning out , wetting, grouting with and incluidng chemical compound SUPER LATEX of Dr. FIXIT of Pdilite Industries Ltd. Water and cement in the proportion of (1:4:7) by weight as per manufactures instructions for bonding of new and old concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

Taking down of existing roof treatment including rendering (over RCC roof) by picking, scrapping, blow lamps, etc. including sweeping, cleaning the surface, washing down with water and removal of old rubbinsh complete all as specified. Note:- Work shall be as in patches of any size, shape in any height or decided by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of exisiting wall treatment on old plaster or concrete surface by scraping tin plate, leaned of all laitance , loose material, oil grease by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting , finally vacum cleaning of all loose solid particals complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work shall be as in patches of any size, shape in any height or decided by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment on inaccessible roof surfaces (horizontal and vertical surfaces) through authroised applicator of manufacturers comprising (a) Cleaning of new concerete surfaces properly and drying the surfaces and applying 10mm thick renderingover a coat of cement slurry mixed with WPC (b) Applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqr mtr (c) providing 3mm thick APP (Ataclic Polypropylene) modified water proofing membrane with polyestar core, overlaps, sealed and bonded to the surfaces with torch application (d) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 200gm per sqr mtr (min) in two coats as per manufactueres instructions complete all as specified (Cost of water proofing compound shall deem to be included in unit rates quoted by contractors) Note:- Work shall be as in patches of any size, shape in any height or decided by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included and Work shall be as in patches of any size, shape in any height or decided by Engr-in-charge.

M&L coreaseal 357/A core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive waterproofing treatment of sunken portin slab, floors and wall of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydropholic PU grouting, epoxy coatings etc, including cleaning of surface with wire brush detecting the source of leakages and repairing including removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound Pidiproof LW of Dr. fixit or equivalent of other specified make all as specified.

Suppl only integral water proof compound and mixed with required qty as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg/ sqm incl cleaning surfaces

M & L Preparation of existing surface by hammering on yhe surface by a half kg hammer to remove any loose concrete, plaster, paint particles and rubbing the entire surface by wire brush, cut the V groove jonit and fill the crack by filler, apply one coat of wall primer of ShaliSbr Latex Dilution / Prime Seal and apply two neat coats (one coat horizontal and other coat vertical direction) of ShaliCrly LM / Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating (of white or any tint / colour which shall be approved by GE) over primer coat, apply using brush / roller at a time interval 5 - 6 hours. Note :- All application shll be done through authorised company applicator as aproved by GE.

M&L for second course injection of core seal 135A/ Core Seal 135B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with intergral water proofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW of Dr Fixit of Pidilite inndustries Ltd or STP No 1 liquid) of STP Ltd @200 Mililitre per 50Kg of cement, as in filling in depression and padding on roof surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Lime concrete with brick agg with lime mortar 1:3

M&L in repairs 0.66mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, aloy 31000 H4, bright finished bent/ cut to shape and fixed with aluminium flat clamps 'C' shaped made out of size 10mmx2mm and fixed with mild steel chromium plated screws and rawl plugs to walls at 300mm c/c as in covering to parapats walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm average thickness as in levelling coarse complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete.

M&L non skid / mat finish ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado etc (300mm x 200 mm) x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whtie or coloured cement to matfch including 10 mm thick plastering as screed bed in CM 1:4 etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. and removing of the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified .

M & L Plastering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick in bottom and 5 mm thick with WPC of top layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick Wall, Cement block wall or on Concrete Surfaces, Surface Finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.(WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement 1:6 and finished and even and smooth without using extra cemnt.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surface finish even and smooth complete.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/new wall surfaces as per manufacturerer instruction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC ( WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing old decorated plaster or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F( in repairs) Vitreous chaina wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including pedestrial pan and trap, including seat cover for pedestial pan and connecting to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Make plumber or equlent.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “ORISSA PATERN” of size 580 mm X 440 mm, white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor complete.

S & F in repair 10 litre capacity PVC low level cistern ‘ white’ with inlet, float valve including bracket with 32 mm dia PVC pipe 600mm long complete.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) nahani trap with grating having diameter of outlet 75 mm including joining to waste pipe with solvent cement complete.
