CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LINE FOR RELEASING OF NEW CONNECTION

Carriage of Distribution box(Single Phase/Three Phase) from Store Center Sahibabad/Noida/any store of Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends and Installation of Distribution Box with Clamp and Nut, Bolts and Washer. (Distribution Box will be provided by the deptt. and Clamp, Nut, Bolts and Washer in the scope of Contractor.)

Carriage of New 8.5mt./9mtr Long PCC pole from Central Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store/any store of PVVNL Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Carriage of New 9Mtr, 11mtr, 13mtr. Long STP from Central Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store/any store of PVVNL Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Carriage and Fixing of line accessories, Double pole accessories as cross arm, M.S channel, Angle, V Disc Insulator with fitting, Pin Insulator with pin, Dropper channel, Fuse Set, Termination Kit (11KV, 33KV and LT) T-off Channel etc. (any other items issued from Store) as required for complete the work from Central Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store/any store of PVVNL Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 'F' bracket 75x10mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, Stone Pad Al. Binding wire and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required for Single Pole as following :

Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per RESPO. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. The work are as Follows :

8.5/9 Mtr PCC Poles.

Providing of Stay set complete (G.I.Stay rod 16x1800mm, Stay wire 5Kg, Guy insulator, G.I.Stay clamp, bolt, nut & wasther) for LT/11KV/33KV line.

Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 11KV and Stay Clamps with Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Providing and Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing. Supply Erection, fixing, grouting of stay rod in cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 in Block 600*600*300 mm with binding & nuzzling including providing & fixing of stay insulator complete in all respect with grouting. (All Work and Material in the scope of Contractor)

Cartage and Laying lifting, stringing & proper sagging of 4/5 phases ACSR conductor (LT/HT) in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in Conductor in parallel as per site requirement for New conductor on H.T/L.T line for New Connection to Consumer with binding, jumpering etc.including complete connections in all respect, from any Store Centre of PVVNL to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Carriage of new LT ABC cable 50/70/ 95/120 Sqmm from Store Centre, Sahibabad to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends with laying, lifting of sagging of ABC cable and fixing of all types clamps & connection complete in all respect.

Carriage of 3x50/70/120/185/220/385 sqmm of LT/11KV/33 KV XLPE cable from any Store Center of PVVNL Discom/sector 20,Noida/J.E Store/Ghaziabad/Any Store of PVVNL Discom to work site, loading & unloading both side with Laying and comissioning of LT/11KV/33KV XLPE Double Ckt./SINGLE CKT. by manual method/Trenchless method by digging of trench of size 750 mm wide 1050 mm deep and boxing with brick by three sides, sand, stone slab 600x450x50mm & providing and Fixing of HDPE Pipe as per site requirement its required filling of trench, leveling and proper rooming .

Supply and Preparation of 11/33/LT KV Power Cable ends: Supply and Making of 11/33KV/LT KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor/Indoor jointing kits/Straight Through suitable for different HT/LT XLPE Cable (3M/Compaq/Denson) after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Carriage & Installation and Commissioning of 11/0.4 KV, 25/63/100/250/400/630 KVA T/F on Plinth/Double Pole/as per site requirement and providing & fixing of Lugs & copper L-piece (04 No.) of size 400x50x6mm and making of L.T.Connections with complete work in all respects. Carriage from Central Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store/any store of PVVNL Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Nuetral and Body Chemical Earthing (both) of Installed Transformer.

Carriage and Installtion of Metering System and CT/PT with Cubicle/BREAKER with chemical Earthing form Store Noida/Ghaziabad/BSR/Any Store of PVVNL Discom to Site including loading and unloading both sides with mounting on double pole/Meter Room or Plith and making all the connections complete in all respect. Carriage from Central Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store/any store of PVVNL Discom to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Removal and Dismentaling of ACSR Dog/ ACSR weasel conductor and AB Cable from both side spans of pole and removal of H.T/L.T line accessories from pole and safe carriage from work site to JE Store/Store Center Sahibabad/Noida including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Digging of pit of pole in Kacha/Pakka road (Hard soil/Soft Soil) with the help of road cutter/digging machine, Tractor etc. for dismantling the pole.

Dismantling of single/Double support PCC Pole/S.T Pole from pit and S.T Pole carriage from work site to J.E's store and damaged PCC Pole will be carriage from wotk site to dumping yard/JE Store/Noida Store including loading & unloading at both ends.

Supply, Fixing and Errection of the Following material by the Contractor on his own cost.
