REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable board of head rest and S&F new board of Head rest to be made of 18mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade duly covered with PVC beading 2mm thick all around of size with suitable Screws with the cleats as specified on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD: All as per Srl item No. 6.02 but for foot board.

M&L, scraping of existing coat of paints complete filling, finishing and painting of Bed Hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair Writing and S & F new seat frame of size 500 x 450mm made from 12mm thick Hot pressed Plywood with moulded polyurethane Foam 50mm thick with density 50-55 Kg/Cum, duly upholstered with fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per the description of srl item No 14.01 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat cover of chair Writing and S & F new seat cover of size 500x450mm made from fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per the description of srl item No 14.03 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm
