Replacement of 1000mm dia header line in the valves chamber and other allied works at Avantika SPSFabrication and supply of MS pipe having 1000 mm dia made out from 10 mm thick MS sheet with double layer welding and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat .

Fabrication and supply of MS flange suitable for 1050mm dia pipes made out from 35 mm thick MS sheet having holes of 25 mm dia 30 nos each and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat.

Fabrication and supply of MS flange suitable for 1000 mm dia pipes made out from 35 mm thick MS sheet having holes of 25 mm dia 30 nos each and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat.

Fabrication and supply of MS pipe having 150 mm dia made out from 10 mm thick MS sheet with double layer welding and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat .

Fabrication and supply of MS flange suitable for 150 mm dia pipes made out from 10 mm thick MS sheet having holes of 12 mm dia with suitable holes and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat.

Providing of MS nut bolt along with washer of suitable size as required at site

Providing of rubber insertion packing ring suitable for 1050 mm dia pipe.

Providing of rubber insertion packing ring suitable for 1000 mm dia pipe.

Providing of rubber insertion packing ring suitable for 150mm dia pipe.

Dismantling of existing damaged pipe line along with sluice valve and NRV after cutting of jammed nut bolts with gas cutter and lifting the same from the sump with the help of long boom crane and heavy duty labour.

Fixing of flange of size 1000 1050mm dia on both side of 1000 mm dia pipe having length 0 35 meter approximately with proper welding and grinding etc. as required

Fixing of flange of size 1000 1050mm dia on both side of 1000 mm dia pipe having length 1 3 meter approximately with proper welding and grinding etc as required

Fabrication of T made out from 1000 mm dia pipe to make in the middle of 1.8 meter pipe and T length 0.8 meter after cutting and double layer welding as required.

Fixing of flange of size 1000 1050 mm dia on three sides of T made out from 1000 mm dia pipe with proper welding and grinding etc. as required

Fixing of flange of size 150 mm dia on one side of pipe of 150 mm and other side to be welded on 1000 dia pipe for fixing the air valve.

Servicing of 1050 mm dia NRV double door after dismantling including replacement of damaged nut bolts and packing etc. as required.

Servicing of 1000 mm dia sluice valve after dismantling including replacement of damaged nut bolts and packing etc. as required.

Servicing of 150 mm dia NRV after dismantling including replacement of ball and damaged nut bolts and packing etc. as required.

Servicing of 150 mm dia sluice valve after dismantling including replacement of damaged nut bolts and packing etc. as required.

Fixing of the above items such as 1050 mm NRV, 1000mm sluice valve, air release valve etc with help of long boom crane and heavy duty labour including testing the leakage on load.

Replacement of damaged MS reducer for pump set no 5. The job includes the following works.Dcoupled the pump and motor after removing of tyre coupling.

Dismantling complete pump set after removing of nut bolt on the delivery and suction side. Including removing of foundation bolt and removing of the damaged MS reducer after cutting of jammed MS nut bolts with gas cutter.

Fabrication of MS reducer having size 750 600 mm dia made out from 12 mm thick MS Sheet and length 850 mm approximately. The MS flange of suitable size should be welded on both side of the reducer and painted with anticorrosive black bituminous paint after primer coat.

Fixing of above reducer including providing of rubber packing and nut bolts as required.

Fixing of complete pump set on the foundation and re fixing the nut bolts on the suction delivery side

Commission of pump set including fixing of coupling tyre and testing on load for satisfactory operation of pump set.
