Boring with drill / reverse rotary rig circulation method including electric logging through any kind of strata of soil / rocks for drilling not less than 650 mm dia hole for depth not exceeding 75 metre deep below ground level by keeping sufficient space for packing pea gravel icluding disposal of surplus soil / liquid mud / sand etc within 100 metre complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 75 metre and not exceeding 150 metre below ground level.

Supplying, assembling, jointing and lowering into bore hole 350mm (14") dia MS casing pipe with 8mm wall thickness externally threaded socketed and welded by continuous arc welding of 30 x 6mm FI strip 45 cm long 3 No. at each joint ERW in random length of 6 metre or as required duly ISI marked including necessary fittings and jointing upto lOOmtr depth from ground level and painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 4.00 here-in-before but 250mm bore.

Supplying, assembling, jointing and lowering into bore hole Low carbon galvanized strainer pipe 250mm (10") bore (at a depth exc. l00 mtr but n. exc. 200mtr) minimum wall thickness 8mm including externally threaded mild steel socket as per latest ISI having slots to suit the size of sand grain including fitting, jointing the MS casing and MS type 250mm bore and welded by continuous arc welding of 30 x 6mm FI strips 45cm long 3 No. at each joint and painting with 2 coats of anticorrosive paint on external surface complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing 8mm thick bail plug made of mild steel 250mm bore, 60cm, long screwed & socketed, jointing with strong iron hook and a steel bar of minimum 8mm dia 2 Nos alongwith continuous arc welding to the casing pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for casing/strainer pipe centering guide ring made out of MS flat iron of size 50x6mm size made to shape and three No ribs suitable for 250/350mm bore casing pipe for filling of pea gravel complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & Fixing MS reducer of 8mm wall thickness screwed both ends of 350 x 250mm size of length 600mm including jointing screwed and socketed alongwith electric arc welding complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & Fixing MS well cap 8mm thick 350 Each mm dia having internal threads and with welded iron handle made to shape of 20 mm dia MS round complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & Fixing MS housing clamp made out of mild steel flat iron 150mmx 12mm thick, l.0 m long suitable for 350mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS bolts full threaded nuts and washers at ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for packing pea gravel of size 1.6 mm to 4.00mm, all around the casing, blind and stainer pipe in the bore well to entire depth complete all as specified. Note: Volume of pea gravel shall be measured as net in compact stacks prepared on levelled ground and recorded in MB before pouring in position, surplus quantity shall be similarly measured to arrive at the actual quantity incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for development of bore well with high capacity air compresser of suiatble sizefor running duration not less than 14 hours till the water becomes sand and silt free including removal of liquid mud, sand, silt etc up to a disatnce of 50 metreand deposited where directed, complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Air compressor, fuel, manpower, any other equipment of suitable capacity for the development of tube well shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangements and nothing extra shall be payable to the contractor on this accont. (b) The discharge shall be measured by providing orifice system of 'V' notch fixed to steel tanks of adequate capacity. (c) A proper record and log sheet for running of compressor shall be prepared and signed by the contractor & Enginr-in-Charge, countersigned by GE and shal form part of final bill.

Material and labour for yield testing and stablizing of bore well by means of over pumping and measuring the yeild by submersible pumping set of suitable capacity and suitable head not less than 24 hours (excluding time period of development of bore well) complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Pumping Set etc shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted unit rate shall include for the same.

Material and labour for strata sample box of suitable size, made out of second class hard wood with openable shutter of transparent glass, having not less than 25 compartments capable of holding 400 to 500 gms of strata sample in transparent plastic containers duly marked with strata depth, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The cost of transparent plastic containers is deemed included in quoted unit rates.

Collection of water sample from bore well and testing in Govt laboratory for water analysis for physical, chemical, heavy metal tests to check potability/purification complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of tests including cariage charge etc shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

Material and labour for cross made out of flat iron 100 mm x 10 mm of size 350 mm x 350 mm and lowering upto reducer level of bore assembly complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing CI Air Release valve with 02 air outlets conforming to IS 14845 , size 150 mm dia bore for fixing with DI / CI water mains of 150 mm dia bore including all jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supplying and fixing, in replacement, Cl Non return valve / Reflux Valve PN-1.6 grade, 150mm bore including all jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supplying and fixing Cl Sluice Valve, ISI Marked, 150mm bore, flanged class PN-1.6 having spindal made out of gun metal, operating wheel, nuts, bolts, packing complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply, lowering and fixing MS heavy duty flanged pipe 5.4mm thick, 150 mm dia bore (length of each pipe not less than 3 mtr each), MS flange not less than 15mm thick on both sides with drilled holes and welded to MS pipe including jointing with necessary MS bolts, nuts, washers and packing material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing ductile iron pipe class K-9, pressure pipe with socket and spigot ends, ISI marked, with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated, bore of pipe 150mm, conforming to IS 8329: 2000 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for ductile iron/CI fittings, ISI marked, for flanged or spigot socketed pipe such as tail piece, connecting pieces, bends tapers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle or radius and straight connecting pieces, suitable for upto 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Fittings shall be of same make as of pipes or make recommended by pipe manufacturer.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide for laying pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, stranded and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, cross section area 70 Sqmm, 3½ Core, 1100 V, grade conforming to IS 7098 Part ! (1988), laid in ducts / trenches, under floor / roads, fixed to wall, passing through pipes including thimbles, lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement.

Material and labour for laying Sub Class 'B' bricks as cable cover, laid flat abutting each other, with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry Valve Pit of internal size 1m x 1m x 1m with mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work, 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, brick wall in cement mortar (1:6), plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, flush pointing as the work proceeds, coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-l over brick wall, locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting cast iron 150/200mm nominal bore pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for run lead joints to spigot and socketed DI /CI pipes of 150mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing submerisble cable PVC insulated copper conductor of size 16 Sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS 694 with all accessories complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers, GI pipe 50mm bore light grade as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) Test point of GI strip of size 32mmx6mm. (b) Watering pipe of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh. (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying/lifting of pit cover (d) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm angle iron PCC pit for holding the pit cover. Note:- The cost of excavation & earth work shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of submersible Pumpset 35HP/6 Stages ,copper rotor for deep borewell having capacity 1580 LPM at head of 78 mtr having speed 2880 RPM at rated 415 volts with out let size 150mm dia bore including electric motor AC 3 phase 400-440 volt, 50 Hz power supply having mixed flow summersible pump motor of pumping set installed not less than 40 metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Contractor will submit the manucturerer's test certificte alongwith waranty certificate of the pump without any extra cost.
