S&F in repairs Mild Steel work Fe 410-W (Gde E250) in post,purlin, rafter, hollow section, etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or incl butt welded tubes, cleats etc welded complete as directed

S&F in repairs Mild steel Plates Fe 410-W (Gde E250) (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500ltr n exc 1000ltrs

S/F for 1000ltrs cap Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 x 7 mm thick,over and including 10 mm thick cement palster in cm 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

M&L Light Shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match iover and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortor including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and dierected.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 using integral water proofing compound, complete all as directed. (Note : The WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item only.)

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkaline resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of slab, including cutting, polishing etc. with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for heavy duty coloured paving tiles of size 300mmX300mmX9-10mm thick xeteriorbgrade set and jointed with neat cemeent slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite of any type (table rubbed & polished) in floor, window cills, etc and like in CM (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) ,using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying of floor finishes in CM 1:6, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
