Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for like coving,benching,coping etc including removing of rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ terrace by picking including taking down existing deteriorated / decayed tar felt, PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scrapping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials (other than spoil obtained from excavation and earthwork) to a distance of 250 mtr to 500 mtr beyond the lead included in the rates including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, coving etc complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on roof surface, to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the followings complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be unrolled, over roof surfaces with side lap of 100 mm and the end lap of 150mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flame.

(b) Applying tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 Kg/Sqm after cleaning the surface.

(c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint on top of membrane @ 0.20Kg/Sqm.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings, unframed, 40Sq cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, wind ties etc. conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings and clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated,etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc , fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150), of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone masonary including raking out joints, hacking for scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Brick work using old size f fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick thick wall with FLY ASH Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall chajja portion complete all as specified and directed. (Notes : (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately as "Supply only" (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item includes plastering upto G+2 floors

M&L for 15mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4 mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured (HPSC) non-asbestos fibre cement building boards as per IS: 14862, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed ( Size of grid = 605 x 605mm).

Cleaning of roof slab surface at any height, filling all cracks / undulations and then applying three coats of Dr Fixit roofseal complete in all respect as directed .

Cleaning of roof slab and chajja surface at any height including removing of grass, small trees, plants from slab / walls and making good the disturbed surface in CM (1: 3) complete in all respect as directed.

M&L for opening the fittings from out side, like ‘Y’ bend, ‘T’ etc from the outlet pipe, filling properly the loose joint between bend and outlet pipe (including replacement of defective piece/fitting) and jointed with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and plastering the hole, size 50/75/110mm including taking out old unserviceable PVC/CI fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment along the external wall, below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling & plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the wall surface with wire brush & water and applying a coat of super latex compound mixed in ratio of 1:4:7 (Super latex + water + cement) by weight, on brick/concrete surfaces before applying rendering complete all as Manufacturer's instructions and as directed. ( Make : Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE)

Providing one layer of guniting of thickness not exceding 50 mm in CM (1:3) with steel reinforcement including MS chicken wire mesh of weight exceeding 0.25 kg/sqm but n.exe 4.0 kg/sqm, if required by means of tinned tacks or welded to existing reinforcement for top & bottom of roof slabs, beams, columns and staircase etc including scaffolding at any height as required and including removal of loose particle of concrete and reinforcement and applying rust protective coating like Sika/Seiko/ choksey or equivalent complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for repairing sunken floors leakage by taking out existing nahani trap or floor traps carefully by digging out from its position and provision of new PVC (SWR) nahani trap, 100mm dia and joining the same to existing waste pipe and ensure leak proof joints including providing PCC (1:5:10), Type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and making good the adjoining area to match with existing floor tiles etc with and including PVC NT / FT, CP steel grating 100 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reparing of sunken floors (WC) as follows :- (a) Complete removal of existing raw materials, WC and demolition of existing concrete from sunken floor and clean the surface with broom for the inspection of Engr-in-Charge (b) Provide CM plaster (1:3) with liquid water proofing compound to sunken portion including walls of sunken portion, average thickness of plaster 10 mm in sunken floor with proper slope towards outside when concrete is still green. (c) Provide bitumen primer and a coat of bitumen at 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Laying polythene film 200 micron thick over sunken floor as well as on wall. (e) Laying 50mm dia light grade GI pipe spouts resting in lower portion or slope of sunken portion projecting outside through walls (length of spout = 50cm). (f) Laying 25 mm thick sand cushion over polythene film. (g) Fill 200mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base. The floor to be flood tested for 72 hours for water tightness.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern ), including all fittings,heads,shoes,bends,swan necks etc.including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in floor, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Padestal pattern), white, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe with and including 'P' or 'S' trap and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan , Orissa Pattern , size 580 x440 mm, white, with P or S trap , front or back inlet and integral foot rests, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including connection to flush pipe , trap etc & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 1,94,625.00 to be deducted during AOC
