M&L Cleaning of over head tank (staging from 6 meter to 18 Meter) (inside) by scraping with hard steel wire brushes and descaling of over head tank (reservoir), brooming slit and other deposit from inner side (bottom of dome ) collecting and taking them out with the help of manual labour and depositing not exceeding 50 Mtr all as directed and making OHR complete clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed water and applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire surface (inner) top and bottom including writing date of cleaning with white paint on black painted surface two places and painting of inner steel ladder of tank with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including painting to external surface of existing pipes (washout, overflow, delivery and inlet lines) and all types of valves in the perimeter of OHTs all as specified and directed by Eng In Charge:- Note:- 1. the following operation method of cleaning to be followed:- (a) High pressure cleaning (b) Vacuum Cleaning (c) Anti-bacterial spray and ultra radiation radiation treatment etc. complete all respect as per reputed specialised water tank TAN CLEAN process. 2. Different colour code should be followed as per colour coding direction issued by EIC for painting of inlet, delivery, overflow and washout pipe lines.

M&L for cleaning of UG Sump of capacity 15 LG, by scraping with hard steel wire brushes and physical cleaning of sump after drain out the water using Pump sets/ manual/ washout valves etc, removing the deposits and other waste materials and taking out waste to a distance of not exec 50Mtrs all as specified and directed including cleaning and washing properly with bleaching mixed water and applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire inner surface of the sump and writing the Date of cleaning with white paint on black back ground at minimum two places out side /top of sump and painting of steel ladder of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including painting and rewriting of water level indicator with existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in – charge. Note:-

1. Necessary T & P and material for the Job will be arranged by contractor and ensure uninterrupted water supply to feeding area.

2. The following operation method of cleaning to be followed:-

(a) High pressure cleaning

(b) Vacuum Cleaning

(c) Anti-bacterial spray and ultra radiation radiation treatment etc. complete all respect as per reputed specialised water tank TANK CLEAN process.

All as per item no 2 above, but for the capacity of 50000 Gallons

Removing filter media & support media from the filter bed, washing, cleaning, sieving and regrading the support media and then relaying support media of size 65-38 mm for a height 0.15 M, 38 -20 mm gravel's for a height of 0.15M, 20-12 mm gravel's for a height of 0.15M, 5-12 mm gravel's for a height of 0.60 M, of bed size 5 Mtr x 3.0 M -02 Nos & 5 Mtr x 2.6 Mtr - 02 Nos. Complete all as spesified and directed.

Supply and filling support media (gravels) in filter bed, support media shall be conforming to IS 8419 part 1-1977,Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and filling filter media (sand) in filter bed, filter media shall be conforming to IS 8419 part 1-1977, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note: FOR ITEM No.4, 5 & 6. Job has to be carried out by expertise team from reputed and experienced company in the field of water treatment technology with the concurrence of AGE/GE and testing of water is as per IS : 10500 - 2012 and the result obtained shall be submitted to this office.

M & L for cleaning of Flocculator and intake and outlet channel (inside) by scraping with the help of shovels, hard brushes and physical cleaning of surface by descaling/brooming silt and sludge and other deposits from inner side( bottom of dome) collecting and taking them out with help of manual labour and deposit not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed and making the tank/channel complete the clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed water and applying primer and edible synthetic paint two coat of on entire surface (inner) including writing date of cleaning with white paint on black painted surface two places and painting with red oxide to the inner steel structure and rotating plate form , motors , gear assy, wooden platform and other connected structure Complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling the electric induction motor 415 volts AC 3 Phase, capacity 75 HP to 100 HP, 440 V, 50Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing at the existing site with electric cable connection, earthing, proper alignment with pump and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling the pump for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ in supply only. (ii) The T & P/ vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per srl item No.08 here-in-before but electric motor of capacity 15 HP to 50 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting the Centrifugal pumps of capacity 75 HP to 100 HP of any make and model from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised KIRLOSKAR dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i). Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate & stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc will be replaced if required and cost for the items shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (iii) The T & P/vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per srl Item No.10 here-in-before but pumping sets of capacity 15 HP to 50 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lifting the defective open well submersible pumping set of capacity upto 10 HP complete after disconnecting electric cable connection for checking and repair and winding of open well submersible electric motor upto 10 HP by using PVC insulated copper conductor winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete submersible motor pump and testing including reconnecting the electric cable connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ in supply only. (ii) The T & P/vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The rates of repair of pump, jointing and joining materials are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Lifting the defective bore well submersible pumping set of capacity upto 15 HP complete after disconnecting electric cable connection for checking and repair and winding of bore well submersible electric motor upto 15 HP by using PVC insulated copper conductor winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete submersible motor pump and testing including removing dismantling of GI pipe 40mm to 80mm dia flanged/socket with electrical cable and lowering back the same including connecting GI pipes / cable etc after ,dismantling the pump set completely if required for replacement of Unserviceable /worn out parts/cable/pipe and assembling the same and servicing/ testing , complete all as spesified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ in supply only. (ii) The T & P/vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The rates of repair of pump, jointing and joining materials are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
