Repair of Sluice Gate at RD 16 67 km on Nagapur D C near village Khorat under Drainage Division Jagatsinghpur for the year 2026 27

Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track , guide twinning plate etc., Sluice gate consisting of skin plate , horizontal girder, end vertical girder , seal flats etc., hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, railing,supporting beams, nutgear box, base plate etc. of total weight about 13 MT approx for 12 Nos. of sluice gate (Size-1350mm x 1750mm) & Dismantling of Old structure by help of gas cutting, chain pulley block etc including labour charges, consumables, hire charges as per specification with ladder ,railing etc and all accessories as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following bought out materials 12 Nos. of gear box for 12 nos of sluice gate - Bolts, screw, nuts, washers etc- 96 Kg, Bottom Rubber Seal(10mm thick)- 16.2 Mtr., Φ32 Side Seal(P-Type)- 42 Mtr., Stainless steel flat - 133.2 Kg,Lifting pin30mm dia length 140mm-12 nos, anchor bars-384 nos etc.

Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial, commissioning, testing etc. of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, guide etc., Sluice gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder,end vertical girder, seal flats etc., as per specification with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 2nd stage embedded parts (exposed portion), gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side, hoisting components, ladder support including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each for 6 Nos. of Sluice gates all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 of approximately 2.88 cum for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per specification with all leads, lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction/erection and removal of gangways, staging’s, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 12 Nos. of Sluice gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.

Concrete cutting of approximately 4.65 cum as per specification with all leads, lifts,including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction/ erection and removal of gangways, stagings, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 12 Nos. of Sluice gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.

Transportation charges of above said half finished materials from workshop, generator ,welding transformer, derrick & other T & P with labour charges for loading and unloading in a 10T truk about Transportation worksite to & fro .

Extra Item includes, coffer dam,Watch and ward,vent cleaning etc all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
