M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, Gusset plate and base plates, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe-410-Wgde -E-250) quality 'B' includng welding or riveting etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of hi wall, split-type Air Conditioner Unit of capacity 2.0 TR based on Inverter Technology comprising of indl indoor & outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit & with in-built air ionizer & plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rated incl electric connection complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) The Air Conditioner shall be initial filled / charged with refrigerant of specified quantity & the refrigerant to be used shall of Non-CFC type & as per the latest technology. (ii) The cost of additional refrigerant pipes required (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Suitable piping of adequate length & size 5/8" for drainage of condensate water from indoor unit shall be provided & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the AC is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of copper wound voltage stabilizer, ISI marked for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for I/P variation between 170 V to 260 V with O/P voltage stabilization at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5%, with high & low voltage cut out & time delay & of capacity 5.0 KVA incl electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC casing caping ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) PVC casing caping shall be included in same rate. (b) For concealed sub-main wiring cutting chases shall be included in rate. (c) All the incomming and outgoing cable should be connected throgh proper lugs & sockets as per site requirement)

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug socket with one MCB up to 20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.
