P/L C.C. 1:6:12(1cement:6 sand :12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete .including cost of from work in foundation and Plinth.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick is flooring ,treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand)finished with flush Pointing in white cement.

Providing and fixing angle iron Door, windows, clearstory window frame manufactured from street iron section of 40x40x6mm,thickness including, hinges ,jamb,lockjamb,beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means ,lugs with split end tail to each jamb welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved street primer after Pretreatment of the surface as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. Sheet garage door with frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron 3.15 M.S. gusset Plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a Priming coat of red lead Paint using flates 30mm x 6mm for diagonal braces and central cross Pieces.

Steel Work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint .In beams joists channels ,angle tee flats with connecting Plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams ,hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coat to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in earthwork including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20mts and lift upto 1.50mts disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed (Pick and Jumper work 50% in ratio)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size)and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and Plinth.
