Annual Maintenance Contract (2020-22) for E and M installations at Jorhat Airport, Jorhat.

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of Operational and Non-Operational areas at Jorhat Airport in all days including sundays and holidays in Three shifts, which involves repairs & maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records & documentations etc., The agency is required to deploy minimum manpower in each shift as detailed in special condition of contract etc., complete as required.

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR 2018 Electrical as and when required. (the bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 2,00,000/- & percentage (%) above/ below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly) Note: The rate provided in DSR 2018 is inclusive of GST @12%, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document.

Painting of Electrical LT indoor, Outdoor panels, pumps, earth pit covers etc located in power house, Terminal building, switch rooms,etc., with one or more coats of painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc., of required color to give an even shade and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Preparing the surface free from dirt and rust by scraping the street lights poles (Single/Double Bracket) and its fixtures not exceeding 7.5 mtr height i/c looping box etc., and painting one or more coats of superior quality aluminium paint or as approved by EIC and numbering after painting on the pole, embossing AAI logo but excluding the painting of cement collar etc complete as required.

Lifting and lowering of different size submersible pump including pipe line, flat cable, dismantling the defective motor pump set and reinstalling with the repaired motor and pump set etc., as required

Repairing/rewinding of 3-phase monoblock/submersible pump of capacity of 5.0HP to 10.0HP by replacement of defective bronze bushes,bearings, impeller, water seal, gasket, shaft, impeller etc. complete as required (As & when required) of following capacity (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Re-winding, servicing, repairing of ceiling fan/Wall fan/Exhaust fan etc including replacement of wornout/defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor)

Decorating City side of Airport with minimum 500 sets LED Rice lights (Each riser of approx. 25 ft. length), 20 nos LED lights (not lessthan 90W) giving tri colour effects or as per theme dicided by E-I-C during national holidays or festivals etc., as required. (The rate shall be quoted for hiring charges of the assorted decorative lights on per day basis including installation and dismantalling).
