Description
Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removal of old damaged plaster (any thickness) including racking, hacking, chipping & scrubbing carefully without causing any damage to the surroundings etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of existing/damaged concrete of any description and in position including disposal of unserviceable material etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sqm and below as directed by EIC.
Dismantling asbestos cement roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of as directed by EIC.
Earthwork in excavation over areas exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10.00 sqm. on plan including dewatering, dressing of sides, levelling and ramming of bottom and getting out the excavated soil within a lead of 50 m as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (All type of soill).
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Removing excavated material (soil) beyond 50 m and upto a total distance of 350 m and depositing where directed all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Removing include for loading into and unloading from barrows, carts, baskets, etc., or mechnical transport vehicles etc. Removal shall be assumed to be done by the shortest practicable route, and payment shall not necessarily be made for the route actually taken. No additional payment shall be allowed for roads in bad repair, gradients, or carting over unconsolidated ground.
Returning, filling in excavated earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 20 cm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Soft/loose soil)
Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% , as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTI ONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres/sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration as direcetd by EIC.
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTI ONALanti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @one litre per hole, 300 mm apart includingdrilling 12 mm diameter holes and pluggingwith cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement :2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Laying brick flat pitching in floor including laying on and including 25 mm thick layer of sand and filling the joints with cement mortar 1:4, preparation of earth suface including compaction, leveling, slope preparation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Brick work with sub-class 'B' brick in cement mortar (1:4), in super structure, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Steel work welded in built up tubuler sections/ framed work including use of plate, post, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing, rendering and plastering 20 mm th. (av.) in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ concrete surface work including finishing to an even and smooth surface including materials, transportation, curing scaffolding etc. all complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and applying two coat of Synthetic Enamal paint with one coat of approved primer on wooden/concrete/steel surfaces including necessary preparation, cleaning, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Formwork by providing timber, wooden planks, runners/M.S. sheets with all supports, struts, braces, wedges, scaffolds, bracings, ladders, gangways, dressing with oil including M.S. bolts nuts and washers, temporary openings, filleting for a stop, chamfered edges, internal/ external splayed, rounded angles or grooves for forming throating including providing necessary sleeves for openings if any, removing the same from the site after completion of work etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of RCC:1 1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth complete as directed by EIC.
Reinforcement steel for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding etc. all complete, TMT Bars of all diameter etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and applying one coat of primer of approved brand and manufacture including surface preparation, cleaning etc. complete as direcetd by EIC
Providing and applying of two coat of approved premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including scaffolding etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Painting of external plastered surfaces with two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of approved make, colour, shade, tint & pattern at all levels, over a coat of approved acrylic primer including preparing the surface by removing loose dirt and any organic growth, filling of cracks with white cement putty or Plaster of Paris, necessary scaffolding etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, mixing and placing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) with 20 mm and down graded aggregates in copings, cills, string courses, drain bottoms, hold fasts for doors and the like at all levels including necessary formwork, weathering, rounding or chamfering and throating, mixing, transporting, consolidation, levelling, curing, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, mixing and placing of 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding f 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) on floor, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS: 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding f 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) on wall, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS: 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,handle towe bolt, lock etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Glazing and paneling shall be paid separately.
Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required, handle, lock etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing float/sheet glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Providing and fixing precoated galvalume profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm), in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 8 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Providing and fixing precoated galvalume steel sheet plain ridges (500-600mm) roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm), in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing glazed fire clay kitchen sink of size 600x450x 250 of equivanent with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P. brass waste complete, including painting the fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required:
Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 15 mm nominal dia Pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing 15mm nominal bore C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning 110 mm dia PVC pipes of 6 kg/cm² SWR grade of approved make with rubber ring joints confirming to IS 5382, jointed together with solvent, on walls, including all necessary fittings & specials, bends, branches, sockets, clamps, pipe cutting and wastages, cutting and making good the floors etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
