Outsourcing Services for Manning & Operation of STAND BY DG SET of 2x62.5 KVA Capacity including LT Distribution Panel Boards, Change Over Switch, etc. and its Periodical Maintenance installed at NFS NODE & SIGNAL CENTRE of at LIKABALI MIL STATION by providing ONE FGM (SEMI-SKILLED LABOUR) PER SHIFT for THREE SHIFTS (Each Shift of 8 HOURS duration) PER DAY, Continuous Round the Clock including Sundays & Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. The Details of Works/ Operations of the DG SETS comprising with the Works as mentioned here-in-after.

Outsourcing Services for Manning & Operation of STAND BY DG SET of 125 KVA Capacity including LT Distribution Panel Boards, Change Over Switch, etc. and its Periodical Maintenance installed at 188 MH of LIKABALI MIL STATION by providing ONE FGM (SEMI-SKILLED LABOUR) PER SHIFT for THREE SHIFTS (Each Shift of 8 HOURS duration) PER DAY, Continuous Round the Clock including Sundays & Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. The Details of Works/ Operations of the DG SETS comprising with the Works as mentioned here-in-after.

Outsourcing Services for Manning & Operation of STAND BY DG SET of 30 KVA Capacity for Perimeter Security Light of AMMUNATION POINT at ZONE-II of LIKABALI MIL STATION including LT Distribution Panel Boards, Change Over Switch, Perimeter/ Street Light ON/ OFF Main Switch, etc. and its Periodical Maintenance by providing ONE FGM (SEMI-SKILLED LABOUR) PER SHIFT for TWO SHIFTS (Each Shift of 8 HOURS duration) PER DAY including Sundays & Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. The Details of Works/ Operations of the DG SETS comprising with the Works as mentioned here-in-after :- NOTES : FOR BOQ ITEM No. 1 TO 3 The Details of Operation of above mentioned DG Set Installations System comprising with the following Works :-

The Quoted Unit Rate shall be for providing Manning Round the Clock/ Shifts specified and DG Sets are to be operated immediately on failure of Electric Supply Round the Clock/ Shifts specified to ensure Continuous Power Supply to the Installations.

DHPP(N)/ Engine Oil will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘Free-for-Consump-tion’ on Weekly basis only for which proper record will be maintained.

Actual Consumption of DHPP(N) by Each DG Set shall be recorded by the FGM and to be signed by JE and Engineer-in-Charge as authentication of actual consumption of DHPP(N). In case FGM fails to Record the Actual Consumption then, Recovery shall be affected at the Rate of Rs. 200.00 PER SHIFT and Fuel consumed will be treated as ‘NIL’.

Carryout ‘A’ check to DG Set as per Manufacturers Manual.

Fueling of DG Set Tank, Checking and Toping up to Engine Oil in Sump, Cleaning of Power House Floor and surrounding Complex shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

The Contractor shall employ ONE FGM (SEMI-SKILLED LABOUR) in Each Shift for 3 Shifts in a day. If the FGM is found absence in his Duty/Power House a Sum of Rs. 150.00 PER HOUR will be recoverd from the Contractor.

Operating DG Set (Stand by) as or when required and Main Supply goes OFF including Maintenance (Daily Maintenace) of DG Sets and Maintaining Daily Log Sheets.

Proper Log Sheets and Register for Running of DG Set and Reasons of Running including accounting of POL Consumption and Collection of POL for MES Store Yard time-to-time as and when required.
