Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting of scarified exc. 8 tonne & n.exc. 12 tonne

Providing of earth filling for berm with approved earth,spreading, leveling & compecting n exc. 30 cm thick Layer, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc.n exc. 1.5m high from base inc bringing of approve earth.

M&L Soling (or sub base) with 200 mm thick broke boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considered to required gradient and camber

M&L 150 (75+75) mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2(first layer) (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (second layer) (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumious primer using paving bitumiouns of any penertration at 10kg/10sqm

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 40 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and radient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips with 250 gram Glass Beads(retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoes heater, driven by experoenced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dier, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction and accordance with applicable specifidactions as per MoRTH specification having Titatnium -12%, Resin-19% & Intermix Glass Beads - 34 % in proportion.
