Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggreates using VG-10 Grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical clause 508 (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat Sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical specification clause 510 (Including cost of Bitumen)

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter c 20" in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8) layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels. washed out and distrubed patri.
