Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supply including digging, carring by lorry ,filling river bed material mixed with coarse sand and round nallahshingle 75mm as per lines, cross sections, grade and camber, including watering and consolidation in layers with 8-10 ton power road roller complete.(Finished work including material and labour)

Providing and Laying, water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate, stone screening and binding material,including sorting spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Base cource with 63mm to 45mm size including stone screening 13.2mm size (150mm thick) WBM Gr-II

Base cource with 53mm to 22.4mm size including stone screening 11.20mm size (75mm thick) WBM Gr-III

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications.

On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 size respectively, per 100 sqm and 52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Engaging labour for removing unwanted material/mulba

Carriage of the materials from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading / unloading and stacking at siteat an avg lead of 15 km by M.T

Sand /Stone agg. below upto 40 mm size, Sand, Stone dust, etc.
