Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying, errecting and Centering for Side and Soffiots including necessary supports for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 -13cm dia.spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications for Side wall etc., Complete.

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Cement Paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supplying and Fixing of Steel Gate and Grill in using Square rods including all cost of material and Labour including all incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by Departmental Engineer )

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 30 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc.complete

Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 83mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of M- Sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the M- Sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.
