S&F in repair 12 mm thick commercial Ply wood BWR grade (ISI Marked) as on top of GI charpoy with two Nos 25mm x25mm x1.6mm thick square tube in stiffner welded in between across long rails, suitable size mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other with washer and hexagonal or square nut of suitable size, length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long with dia of neck 5 to 10 mm including making holes by drilling in GI pipes ( 4 hole each in long rail, 2 each in short rail & 1 in stiffner ) including removal of old existing plastic newar all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. Dismantling of existing unserviceable broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained after removing from ser item No 1.02 herein before to the required size and converting it into short rail including threading at both ends and fixing all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable broken legs and cutting of old short rail obtained after removing from Ser item No 1.03 herein before to the required size and converting it into leg including threading at one end and fixing all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair elbow GI three way suitable for GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S&F check nut 6 mm thick suitable for 32 mm bore GI Pipe after removing the broken/cracked check nut in GI pipe charpoy all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Supply and re-weaving closely with fresh nylon newar Ist quality white in coloured (not made out of recycled nylon) 50 to 55 mm wide (both sides) including removing old unserviceable nylon newar all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. Note: Newar shall not be less than 1.5 kg in each charpoy.

S&F in repair seat made of teak wood 1st class of size 50mm widex25mm thick fixed to frame with appropriate size steel screws to chair tubular steel with arm all as shown in drawing including caning with 2 to 2.5 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick plastic cane as per Godrej pattern and Border of 3 to 4mm thick cane seat to be polished with French polish black/teak shade all as specified and as shown on drawing .

S&F in repair leg of almirah large/Med steel/Locker steel made of 1mm thick MS sheet all as per size & design shown on drg and shall be fitted by spot gas welding, duly painted 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair locks of Brass almirah with shelves/glazed of having duplicate key 4 lever, 50mm wide all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Mattress of size 6 to 6.5ft x03 ft x5 inches of superior Quality with ISI Mark. The IFD (Indentation Forcec Deflection)/ILD(Indentation Load Deflection) rating structure of Mattress conforming to the density between 4 to 5 Lbs per cubic feet. Make: Sleepwell, Kurlon, Dunlop.

Removing of Old unserviceable and broken rusty legs and supply and fix of new legs made out of MS square pipe 25mmx25mmx18 gauge as per shape/size shown in drg. Fixing of legs shall be done by gas welding continusoly and smoothened with file steel as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
