Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specification as per section 900 and clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridges works (5th. Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per clauser No. 305 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 5th. Providing and laying granular sub-base of Grade- IV stone screening materials as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per section 900 and clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge work (5th. Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing Wet Mix Mcadam using crushed stone aggregates as per clause 406, 501.8.3.4.1, 501.8.7.3, 101 o 119, 901, 902 and 903.3 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 5th. Revision ) complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & applying Primer Coat with slow setting Bitumen Emulsion (GR SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause No. 501.5.2, 502 and section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & High ways (5th. Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour T&P taxes, royalities etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion ( Rapid setting) ( Gr. R.S - 1 ) on prepared surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.20 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause No. 503 and Section 900 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 5th. Revision) complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying 50mm av. Thick compacted Bituminous Macadam ( Grading - II) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous bindr @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler trnsporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per clause No. 106 , 108, 111,112, 501 ,503, 504 and sdection 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th. Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour T&P taxes royality etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm av. Thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminious concrete ( Grading - II) using 60/70 grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 percent of mix and filer, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with Sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction s per clause No. 501, 508 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry o Road Transport and High ways (5th. Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P taxes royality etc complete in all respect and as perdirection of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecterising glass beads @ 250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC - 35 and as per clause No. 8903 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & High ways ( 5th. Revision) & Including cost of all materials, labour T&P taxes royality etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Construction of cement concrete Kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165mm respectively 250mm high in M 20 grade P.C.C on M-10 grade foundation 150mm thick foundation having 50mm projection beyond Kerb stone Kerb stone laid with Kerb laying machine foundation concrete laid manual all complete as per clause 408 Sr. No.8.1 clause 408.

Sand filling in Road work & foundation of structure as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section - 2100 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

P.C.C.M-15 Grade in foundation bed using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section - 1700 & 2100 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 nominal mix with crushed stone aggregates to 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 daysas per Section No.1000 and 2100 of MORT&H specifcation and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
