Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethylene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification. (Aluminium frame work will be paid under relevant item) Note : ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Providing and fixing of classic system Blackout fabric Roller Blinds which should be made up of 100% Polyester with Acrylic coating resistant to cracking and fraying. It should have 100% blackout rate.The fabric should be min.0.52mm (± 5%) and having min weight 358 g/sqmtr (± 5%).Light Fastness ≥ 6. Can be installed (a) On Face (b) Ceiling Mount (c) On Frame (d) in Recess. The Fixing Brackets are made by steel with powder coating to give greater finish. Brackets shall be accommodating overhead or side mounting with clutch assembly on either end of the blind. The ROLLER TUBE shall be of extruded by non rusting Aluminum alloy with 1.25 mm thickness, with anodized for long life.Available in 32-40mm dia metre for small and big blinds respectively. Aluminium bottom bar with powder coating:55 microns or anodyzing 10 microns. 5 colour option available. Wall thickness: 1mm. Width 15mm, Height 30mm, Weight: 300gm /rmtr (+-5%). for a perfect fall of fabric to avoid warpage / floating. Installation to be insert type with end caps to give a neat look. Operating Chain: #10 plastic/steel ball chain (or as per manufacturer's standard) adoptable to the clutch pitch for smooth, quiet lifting & lowering of blind. The blind can be stop in desire position with help of stop lock used for raising or lowering action of the shades. The fixing arrangements as per approved make manufacturer specification all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Area shall measured from bracket to bracket and from top to bottom).

Providing and fixing in position suspended seamless false ceiling system using 12.50 mm thick moisture resistant plain gypsum board (GYPROC.MR of M/s. Saint Gobain make) suspended ceiling, which includes Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspending Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed intermediate channels of size 45mm (with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Gypsteel ULTRA™ CRP surface ribbed ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners (Mfg by Ms Saint Gobain Gyproc).

Providing and painting with two coats with oil bound distemper of approved make and manufacturer over new work to give an even approved shade and including priming coat with one coat of cement primer including preparation of surfaces, filling with putty if required, scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with Two coats on new work of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces, etc., including a coat of approved cement primer. as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat. Including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
