Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection of Single Pole for 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr ST Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like 1 No. Channel Cross Arm, as per norms. (Contractor shall provide 3 Nos. 33 KV G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, F-brackets, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc.)

(Contractor shall provide 3 Nos. 33 KV G.I. Pin, necessary clamps, F-brackets, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc.)

Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection for Sectional Double pole for 33 KV Line on 9.0 Mtr PCC Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like 1 No Top channel of 125x65x6 mm size 3200 mm, 6 No. Disc. Fitting , Bracing angle 1 set., Disc insulator 24 No. and 3 No. Pin insulator as per norms. (Contractor shall provide 3 No G.I. Pin, E- Bracket 3 No., necessary clamps, Disc Fitting, Nut - Bolts etc.)

Erection of single stud pole support on STP Pole 11 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Erection of single stud pole support on PCC Pole 9.0 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Cradle Guarding of 33 KV line at road crossing, 11 KV line crossing, canal/telephone line crossing by fixing Guarding Angle 65x65x6 mm, 3500 mm at double pole and 2600 mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire with lacing and tightening with mounting. (Contractor shall provide Necessary clamps for fitting of guarding angle and 3 No. Eye Bolt 12x110 mm etc.)

Nozeling and grouting of stay at sectional pole and extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material and stay set, stay clamp will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire)

Grouting of old & existing stay at required places of sectional pole,S/P,F/P etc at angle loaction (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor )

Earthing of Old & New Pole Earthing of Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG Wire by providing and fixing of 20 mm dia' earthing rod 2.550 Mtr. long as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material Like Earthing rod, 6 swg wire, Earthing clamps and nut & bolt etc.)

Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. 3 Phase of 33 KV Line including fixing, mounting of P.G.clamp suitable for Dog Conductor at sectional point. (Contractor shall provide necessary PG clamps etc)

Laying & Dressing of 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable underground single Circuit. Laying of single circuit 3x300 sq .mm XLPE Cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required materials, as 1st class Bricks, Stone slabs and fine sand. Providing 150 mm fine sand cusion beneath, and 150 mm sand cusion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Bricks, sand and stone slab. The inter axial spacing between two cables should be in between 0.25 to 0.04 M. After laying the cable refilling and ramming of the left out soil,closing the trench and leveling.

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits of following types/sizes for 33 XLPE Cable.

(a) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Straight Through joints. (jointing kit supplied by dept.)

(b) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Outdoor End Terminations (jointing kit supplied by dept.)

High Pressure testing to which 33 KV Line & cable to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping, providing long barral lugs 6 nos and P.G. Clamps & "Y" shape jumpering properly and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm long and making connection including supply of jumpering cable ,mounting clamps as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like M.S Pipe , P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm and jumpering cable suitable for 33 KV jumper).

Grouting of following structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9.0 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, placing stone pad at bottom 450x450 size foundation is provided with help of steel or wooden formers, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brick ballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9.0 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Supply and fixing of a stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm at PCC/STP Bottom of the pit ( Contractor shall provide all materials)

Fabrication, Erection and grouting of route marker and marking 33 KV line by painting after grooving on the stone. (Contractor shall provide all materials)

Fixing of barbed wire on pole Supply and fixing of barbed wire on the pole above 2750 mm ground level. Barbed wire wrapped for a distance of 0.9 mtr. with a pitch of 13.mm at a height. (All materials supplied by the contractor)

Fixing of Danger board . Supply and fitting of Danger board of size 250x200x2 mm 3650 mm above ground level as per Respo norms. RESPO Drawing No-55

Fixing of Number plate . Supply and fitting of Number plate of size 250x200x2 mm 3650 mm above ground level as per Respo norms. RESPO Drawing No-55

Replacement of old and damage pin insulator with all fittings by new pin insulator at required places

Fixing of additional V-type X arm with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places. Contractor shall provide clamp nut & bolts etc.

Fixing of additional Bracing angle 65x65x6 4300 mm with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places. Contractor shall provide clamp nut & bolts etc.

Fixing of additional disc insulator B&S with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places. (Contractor shall provide clamp nut & bolts, 33 kV disc fitting etc.)

Fixing of additional Top channel 125x65x6 3200 mm with all necessary clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places. (Contractor shall provide clamp nut & bolts etc).

Angle for Cross arm Support at Angle Location 65x65x6 mm 1600 mm long with clamps and nut & bolt. (All materials will be supplied by the contractor)

Petrolling in feet from starting to end and removal/lopping and chopping of tree branches which are lying in routre of 33 KV overhead line.

Earthing by way of boring and lowering the "B" class GI pipe of 55 mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20 mtr. As per standard practice . The G.I pipe which laid down below the railway crossing will be connected with G.I strip 50x6. (All material will be supplied by the contractor)

Providing and fixing at the top of the pole Pcc & Stp Extension piece 1.5 mtr channel 125x65 mm and required places ( crossing of lines etc) and supporting with clamp and all fittings. (All materials will be supplied by the contractor).

Opening of binding of loose old ACSR DOG Conductor, Tightening, stringing, binding and Jumpering of loose old ACSR Dog conductor in all respect. 3 Phase of 33KV Line including fixing,mounting of P.G.clamp suitable for Dog Conductor at sectional point. (All the material will be arrange by the contractor)

Straightening of additional existing erected/tilted pole with Digging & grouting at required places (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor) Grouting of structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9.0 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, placing stone pad at bottom 450x450 size foundation is provided with help of steel or wooden formers, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brick ballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9.0 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Providing of HDPE 6"Dia Pipe PN-6 Specification

Laying of cable & HDPE Pipe Laying of Single circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and HDPE Pipe by drilling method below NHAI road crossing. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in HDPE pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

Providing of G.I Pipe 6" Dia B class pipe for Railway Crossing .

Laying of cable & G.I Pipe Laying of Single circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and G.I Pipe by drilling method below Railway line. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in G.I. pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

Providing and fixing G.I strip 50x6mm with proper connections.

NOC will be granted from Central/ state Electrical safety department.( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper).

Permission of railway crossing permission must be granted from railway authority for laying of 33 kv cable and pipe under the railway crossing ( final settlement of payment will be on the basis of after provindg of receipt and agreement of permission of railway crossing) (estimated amount 500000/-)

NOC will be granted from Central/ state Electrical safety department.( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper). (estimated amount 150000/-)

Permission of NHAI/PWD etc. for road crossing. .( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper)

restoring the road as it is before after completion of work (Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper)

permission of cutting and chopping of tree from forest deppt. ( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper) (estimated amount 200000/-)

Painting of poles ( New & old) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide, two coats of enamel paint ISI mark. (All required material will be supplied by the contractor)
