REPAIRS TO ROAD PATH ETC AT INS AGRANI COIMBATORE

M&L for repair to potholes /road cuts any depth, n. exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30 mm all as specifid and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface n.exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 sq m all as specifid and directed.

M&L for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. on black top surface all as specifid and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen 5 kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen all as specifid and directed.

Bituminous premix semi asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne roller all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removing the debries out side MoD land all as per specified and directed.

M&L for providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs stone including weathering taking out existing kerb stone and removing the same and depositing out side MoD land all as specified and directed

M&L for hardcore of guage n exc.63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders all as specifid and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick as in sub base all as specifid and directed.
