Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams, slabs, Chajjas (Soffit only), and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 3% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed (Guniting work is to be carried out upto 06 mtr height from ground level). Notes :- (i) Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters n.exc 1.5 sqm each(without taking off shutters from the frame) and all as directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 02 above but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and all as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. complete.all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium grill in repairs of powder coating of minimum 50 micron with aluminium mesh of sze 50x50mm with square tube solid 5mm thick including aluminium channel of size thickness of channel 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, second class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc with rails and styles including cut and mitered beards for securing wire cloth etc,all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm thick size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: -stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately) complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as directed and specified.
