Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3)Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer : Flamed finish granite stone slab.Jet Black

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of capsule lift consisting of internal diameter 1160mm, height 1930mm, clear access 805mm, capacity 240kg. The power requirement should be single phase 230V- 50/60Hz, 32 Amps with circuit breaker stabilized power. The external diameter of shaft should be 1365 mm and the space required is 1430 mm. The travel height from F0 to F1 is 3500mm, from F1 to F2 is 3500mm and the total height from F0 to F2 is 7000mm. Mininum headroom required is 2439mm. The colour will be as per GTDC choice of make: nibhav or equivalent as directed by the engineer incharge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 kva servo stabilizer single phase having input supply of 170V to 270V AC current and output of 230v , 32 amps of make microtec as directed by the engineer incharge.
