Excavation in earth work for foundation of bridge structure (abutments and pier) in all type of classification of soil by manual/mechanical means comprising of ordinary rock, soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of materials upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom including shoring and strutting and pumping, bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia A.C. pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing, MORTH technical specification clause 2706 and direction of Engineer- in-charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm (six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying M-30 (M-thirty) grade design mix reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content 406.67kg/cum ( four hundred six point six seven kilogramme per cubic meter ) approach slab including reinforcement and form work complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause 2704 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Furnishing and placing reinforced/prestressed cement concrete in solid slab in super structure in beams main girders, intermediate cross girders, end girders/slab, cantilever and wheel guard as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 1700 & 2300 using concrete mixer RCC grade M-35( M-thirty five ) design mix minimum compressive strength with graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size with minimum cement content 422 kg/cum ( four hundred twenty two kilogramme/cubic meter) and curing complete using batching plant, transit mixer and concrete pump upto 10.00mtr. (ten metre) hieght slab and girder as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 40mm (forty millimeters) thick bituminous macadam with 40-60 (forty-sixty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing on average output 40 (forty) tones per hour using curshed aggregates of specified grading-as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous with binder VG-30 @ 3.3 percent (three point three) percent of mix transporting the hot mix to site of work, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical specification clause 504 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 12 mm (twelve millimetre ) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding primer coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm ( nine point five millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum (zero point zero zero five cubic metre) per 10 sqm. (ten square metre) and at an approximate spacing of 10cm (ten centimetre) center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 degree celsius, protruding 1mm (one millimetre) to 4mm ( four millimetre) over mastic surface, a complete as per MORD technical specification clause 2702 , and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including entire carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement: two and half sand: five stone crushed aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. (four kilograme) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II, 75mm (seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and booming, stone screening of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20cum ( zero point two zero cubic metre) and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density of grading-II as per technical specification clause 405( by manual means) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre into twenty two point four millimetre) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade with camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading –III as per technical specification clause 405 by manual means and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm(Twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type –A 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre ) to 5.6mm ( five point six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with VG-10 bitumen at the rate of 14.6kg. ( fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per MORD technical specification clause 506 including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 VG-30 bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg. ( six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10 sqm. (per ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lift and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
