Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkathes architrave holdfast etc complete and stacking within 50m lead.

Demolishing brick work manually by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead (in cement mortar).

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drain etc including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 m from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neately dressed. (All kind of soil).

P/L stone soling hand packed including all carriages upto site of work.

P/L in position cement concrete1:4:8 mix using 40 mm normal size stone aggregate all work upto plinth level including all carriages upto site of work.

P/L in position machine mixed and machine vibrated cement concrete of specified grate (design mix) for RCC structural cement (M-25 grade) including all carriage

(1) All work upto plinth level

(2) Walls, columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor v level.

(3) Beams supended floors, lintels, roofs, staircases upto floor v level.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for.

Brick work in superstructure in 1:4 mix. Including all carriages upto site of work

15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix. Including all carriages upto site of work.

Applying a coat of priming with cment primer of approved brand and manufacture on plastered surface including a coat of wall putty.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats on new work).

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc complete. (hot finished welded type tubes).

Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing. Including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J and L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumn ang GI limpet washers including coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 kg/sqm.

P/F of granite of any colour and shape (area above 0.50 sqm) 18 mm thick laid oer 20 mm thick bass cement mortar 1:4 mix with joints treated with white cement including rubbing, curving, molding and polishing to edge.

Supplying and laying of sand in plinth in layers including waterin and hand ramming etc complete.

Re baring for embedded depth of 350 mm (hole size- 20 mm ) inside RCC with chemical Hiltie RE 500 V3 as directed by engineer incharge of site including cost of 16 mm dia bolt. Complete job.

P/F aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitiions with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate z- sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with dash fastness of required dia including necessary filling of gaps, rubber gaskets, cleat, snap beading, screws etc complete (power coated aluminum).

P/F of glazing in aluminum doors, window, shutters with EPDM rubber/neoprene gaskets etc complete (with rate of 10 kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing of aluminum hardware fiting.

Providing and fixing of rain gutter size 6x5 (U shaped) of 0.63 mm thick PGI sheet including MS clamps and Prince PVC ppipes 2"/3" dia with required fitting etc complete.

Providing and fixing toughened glass 10-12 mm thick of approved make including cost of aluminum/stainles steel frame as per the direction of site engineer including all accessories.
