Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Open Spaces. (3.00 Acres=One Mali) As per yard stick

Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval including weeding, watering, prunning and application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer Per Plant/ in charge. (1 Mali for 500 Nos. Shrubs)

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge-bed, watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Hedge cutting (Normal Hedge) upto 1.2 mtr. height (As per yard stick 1 mali = 3000 running mtr.)

Complete maintenance of trees (out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of officer-in-charge. Trees for 500 Nos. / (3 to 8 years of age)

Maintenance of cement potted/ Roto Marble plants at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalows, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (1 mali for 300 Nos. Cement Pots).

Providing services of Tempo TATA - 407 or equivalent for 8 hours duty with driver and four nos. labours with necessary T & P and stock items complete for disposal of horticulture waste /malba /rubbish up to all leads & lifts and carriage of other routine horticulture material like potted plant broken pots etc. from one place to another Place from 9AM to 5PM and beyond duty hours as and when required as per direction of officer- in- charge (Diesel, mobil oil and other material if required will be provided by the contractor)..(02 Nos. Van) (20 Days x 02 Van) = 40 Days)

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker for Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 10000 ltr. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. ( 6 trip x 20 days = 120 days

Providing, stacking and Displaying Seaforthia Palm having ht. 1.20 m. to 1.50 m. with 8-10 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Kochia well developed fresh & healthy 30 to 45 cm ht. lush green well shaped in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Tapioca variegated (Manihot esculenta) well developed fresh & healthy 30 to 45 cm ht. in bright colour foliage in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
