SCH 'A' PART - I (BUILDING WORK B/R-II PORTION)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:4) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls, pillars, cornices upto plaster surface by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper and applying two coat of premium quality exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation new wall surface for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position, cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type-B-1, 1:2:4 ) 20mm graded aggregate as in roofs, floors, kitchen platform, beams, lintels, Columns, shelves, staircase, landing, parapets and railings and with similar suspended works including necessary form work required at site and applying a coat of cement slurry over old surfaces of concrete to make perfect binding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete cover slabs using cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), for manholes etc and similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Formwork to chullah hoods, shelves, chajjas, troughs and similar items in flats including edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per srl iten no 1.019 above but 6 to 8 mm dia.

S&F chicken wire mesh/ hard drawn wire fabric of weight not exc 4 kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description in any position not exceeding 150 mm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, including making construction joint at a interval not exceeding 3.00 m and at each corner and filled with sealing compound with grade A(normal) in 25/30, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 or of desire size mm thick including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 18 mm thick machine cut, in steps, jams, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including making 01 x hole for gas pipe in each cooking platform, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rounding the edge of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platforms, and the other similar situation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 14-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and cement slurry including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 CM to receive kota stone and jointed rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down un-serviceable main switch, DB’s insulators, DB for MCB etc of any type and any capacity and further disposal including making good the disturbed surface and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour wash/ paint/ distemper wherever required (as per the existing), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan of any descriptions, servicing and repairs of fans as required, fixing back, connecting and testing the fan for its satisfactory function including making good the disturbed surface and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour wash/ paint/ distemper wherever required (as per the existing), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
