Supplying and fixing of 50-KVA/40 KW Silent DG set (3-phase, 415 Volt) Brand Sudhir complete with turbo charged Diesel Engine water cooled Alternator with electronic governor, Accoustic Enclosure, AMF panel (as per specification attached). Turbo charged Diesel Engine and Alternator shall be closely coupled or provided with flexible coupling & mounted on a common base frame of robust in construction. DG set shall comply to latest emmission norms for the engine & in respect of noise norms. DG set should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. The rate shall include all leads & lifts tank battery with leads, charger & AVM pads etc. with 2-years or 5000 Hrs. of operation warrenty on Cummins Engine & Stamford Alternator & 5-Years or 5000Hrs. of operation warreny on 5 Critical Parts of Engine (Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Camshaft, Crankshaft, Connecting rod), complete the job as desired & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size:-
Armoured cable 4 sq. mm (twin core)
Armoured cable 50 sq. mm (3.5 core)
Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.
Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.
Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.
